Smart Metronome (the "Application") respects and protects the privacy of all its users. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to explain how we collect, use, store and protect your information.

1. Scope of Application

This policy applies to the way your personal information is handled when you use the Application. The Application does not collect or store your personally identifiable information (e.g. name, email, phone number, etc.), but may collect the following non-personal data:

• Device information (e.g. device model, operating system version)
• Usage data (e.g. beat settings, frequency of use)
• Permission requests (e.g. flash, vibration permissions, only for beat alert function)

2. Data collection and use

The app collects data only when necessary for the following purposes:

• Providing core functionality (e.g. metronome, tuning functions)
• Optimizing the user experience (e.g. analyzing anonymous usage data to improve app performance)
• Permission Description:
  • Flash/Vibrate permission: only for beat cueing, will not be used for other purposes.
• Regarding device information and data collection: Our application uses the package_info_plus plugin to obtain basic information about the application, which is only used for internal functions such as application name, version number, package name, etc

3. Data storage and security

• All data is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to a server.
• We take reasonable technical measures to protect data security and prevent unauthorized access or leakage.

4. Data Sharing

The app does not share your data with any third party unless:

• It is required by law (e.g. court order)
